We are currently searching for a Product Specialist that will work in tandem with the Direct Sales team, Product Development, and Professional Services. You will provide and demonstrate customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process. Responsibilities: - Lead prospect specific inquiries around nCino specific functionality as it relates to the direct user audiences. - Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations. - Lead both remote and in person demo conversations with poise and authority. - Responsible to give and receive positive and constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement of demo scenarios. - Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the lending and banking environments, and current economic trends. - Lead training webinars for internal nCino to explain recent release functionality. - Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment. - Collaborate with other members of Pre-Sales to understand prospect’s technical requirements and specific...
