Become a part of our caring community The Senior Learning Design Professional partners with IT leaders and associates to identify and address performance and knowledge gaps through strategic learning solutions. This role primarily designs, delivers, and scales impactful learning experiences for IT Leadership Development programs and AI learning. This role will build leadership capabilities across the IT organization. Leveraging performance consulting, adult learning theory, and instructional design best practices, the Senior Learning Design Professional develops content and collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of engaging virtual, in-person and hybrid leadership development programs grounded in adult learning principles that support skill-building across various leadership levels, including skills in AI.
