Employment Category Regular, Full-time: Travel Requirements: Moderate (15-30%): Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements: JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Revenue Growth: Identify, attract and secure high quality licensing partners that enable expansion of brand revenue, placement and brand visibility. The includes potential licensees for large and small categories across the globe. It is expected that the VP will deliver material growth in the business in the near-term. - Licensing Community Leadership: Facilitates collaboration within the community of licensees to share growth, retail placement, cost, and operational synergies across licensees. - Licensing best practices: Implements best practices in licensing operations within the licensing team. - Sales Leadership: Leads licensing team with a focus on prospecting and closing licensing partnerships that provide material minimum guaranteed royalties for the Brands business. Manages overall opportunity funnel. Holds personal target for closing partnerships.
