Job Title: Staffing/Employment Representative 4 Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94043 Type: Contract (12 Months, Possible Extension/Conversion) Job Description: - The Contract Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the identification, attraction and successful placement of top talent for current and future opportunities within one or more business units. - This individual is responsible for identifying and promoting sourcing, interviewing and hiring best practices to align with business and customer needs. - They drive timelines and promote various hiring initiatives including diversity talent attraction, recruiting programs, interviewing events, new manager trainings and strategic pipeline building. - The Recruiter is a strategic talent partner and consultant for their customer group.
