We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services from 8 am to 5 pm in our Birmingham office. The Behavioral Therapy Center is a supportive, close-knit, collaborative team with a focus on positive outcomes for families and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff members. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Assess and identify specific speech, language, and/or communication needs for development of the treatment plan, to establish a baseline of child’s present skills for judging future progress, and to help plan and conduct treatment sessions. Work with a multidisciplinary treatment team to consult and share information with staff and parents regarding assessment and treatment.
