Provides program information, guides emergency procedures and performs general cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Job Description: May assist with new memberships as well as maintain membership access cards when applicable. Conducts tours and provides information regarding services and programs. Responsible for client experience. May assist with supervising member's correct form and technique, while assisting in the use of all equipment within the facility as needed.
