Concierge Assistant We have the opportunity for a Concierge Assistant to join our amazing Private Shopping Department. About The Role: The Concierge Assistant will report into the Concierge Executive, responsible for responding to the various requests from our Private Shopping clients. You will assist in driving engagement and retaining Harrods most discerning clients. As well as this, you will also: - Assist with the day to day running of the Concierge service. - Seek out opportunities to optimise the service for our clients, through networking within the industry. - Help create exceptional experiences within the luxury market and help to source highly sought-after and bespoke services. - Drive engagement to the wider Private Shopping service. - Have knowledge of luxury industries such as Yacht and Jet brokerage. - Build connections within lifestyle industries About You: You will rem...
