We are looking for multiple skilled Maintenance Electricians to join us in Weston- super- Mare. You will manage repairs, maintenance, and installations involving Solar PV, ventilation, and general electrical systems for various clients across the East Midlands and Home Counties ( NG, NN, & SE postcodes). Our primary mission is achieving a 100% "First Time Fix" rate while providing exceptional customer service. Principal Responsibilities: Manage daily workload via PDA, accurately recording job statuses, survey reports, flow rates, and safety-critical defects. Maintain a well-stocked van to facilitate immediate repairs and achieve a first-time fix. Communicate clearly with office support regarding parts orders, return visits, and job completions.
