You will support the team with a variety of exciting tasks and gain valuable first-hand experience in a large, global organization. You can join us as a working student for 20 hours per week, for a minimum duration of 12 months or longer. About the role: - Focus is the support for the optimal use of SAP Ariba SLP module with specific inquiries and with general questions - Support problem solution of arising user issues in the handling of SAP Ariba SLP - Conducting trainings for endusers for Ariba SLP usage - Reporting of goods receipts and service entries - on behalf of the business - Ad-hoc training and support for company requesters, including support for the EPOS (e-commerce) process within RWE - Working closely with the procurement team to ensure demand is implemented in a process-compliant manner - Ad hoc changes to orders to ensure invoices can be paid on time - Support in the timely processing of open invoices – this includes providing missing informa...
