As We Need To Talk’s Social Producer, you’ll create and edit high-impact short-form content and steer the social strategy for the show - turning episodes into moments, moments into movements, and viewers into a loyal community. You’ll shape and scale the social voice of one of the most influential shows in the world through platform-native storytelling, relentless experimentation, and AI-enhanced workflows.
