Tax Manager Los Angeles, CA: Westlake Financial is the largest privately held finance company in the nation, with a proven record of sustained growth, technological advancement, and industry leadership. We are seeking an analytical and driven Tax Manager to support all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and planning for a complex consolidated group of over 15 entities. The consolidated Westlake Financial group is Partnership structure, with three subsidiaries designated as C-Corporations. Reporting directly to the Tax Director , this position will play a key role in managing the day-to-day tax operations, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance tax accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and highly proficient in SQL and other data query tools — comfortable leveraging technology to support a high-volume, data-rich tax environment. This role also presents an opportunity to mentor and manage at least one tax staff , with the potential to expand the team as the department continues to demonstrate success.
