THE JOB: As a Floral Assistant, you will be working with flowers, creating beautiful spaces, and being part of a fast‑paced, creative team. You'll learn from talented designers, and help transform events and spaces into unforgettable experiences. This is a hands‑on, growth‑focused role where you’ll support our Floral Designers in every stage of production—from prep to installation—while learning professional design techniques and floral mechanics along the way.
