What you'll do: As a Sustainability (Senior / Expert) Adoption Facilitator (f/m/d) limited until 31.07.2027 in the Customer Adoption Care team, you are motivated to drive our success in sustainability by securing customer outcomes and knowledge growth across the ecosystem. You will work in a global team and play an instrumental role in (non-exhaustively): Early adoption support: - Delivering our SAP Sustainability Adoption Care Program (ACP) - Initiate the adoption of inactive license-customers in our install base; Product Success: - Support our “product champions” in their duties and responsibilities - Help the “product champions” oversee the customer statuses, compose regular updates, pr...
