Job Summary: Provides speech therapy services to patients with speech, language or swallowing disorders. Job Requirements: Licenses/Certifications: - Master's Degree: Required - Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice: Required - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required - American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC): Preferred - Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required Essential Functions: - Assesses and documents speech therapy data related to patient assessments, patient care needs, interventions and outcomes. - Identifies changes and trends throughout physical and emotional parameters. - Reviews treatment plans...
