Salary: - Minimum starting salary $23.00 (Higher salary based on skills.) - Shift differentials: 2nd shift/ $2.00, 3rd shift $3.00 - Ability to train on 1st shift. - External hires are eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus. - Excellent benefits/401K Job Summary: As a Precision CNC Machine Operator, you will set-up, operate and maintain at least one process machine (3and/or 5 axis, rotary, assorted grinders, surface grinder, rotary grinders, Excello grinders, CBN grinders and EDM machines etc.) Maintain all quality and production records and assist with training as required. Essential Functions: - Perform precision machine set-up and wheel changes in assigned workstation within standard set-up times. - Maintain all quality and production records including tooling calibration, daily walk around, etc. - Maintain productivity, utilization, schedule and quality records and comply with all standards. - Perform inspection of non-certified operators - Assist with training of Machine Trainees as required. - Perform Productive Maintenance duties.
