About the Role: As Housing Quality Officer, you will: - Ensure compliance with regulatory consumer standards through robust quality assurance and service improvement initiatives. - Use performance analysis, best practices, and benchmarking data to identify and implement service improvements. - Develop mechanisms for resident feedback and support the investigation of complaints, ensuring lessons learned are embedded. - Monitor and drive the delivery of service plans, self-assessments, improvement plans, audit recommendations, and inspection findings. - Support housing teams in achieving objectives and maintaining business continuity plans. - Produce reports, briefings, and bulletins for a range of audiences. - Stay informed on a...
