Position Overview: The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of workflows for company-owned locations in their assigned region, as well as the communication between the Real Estate and the Construction departments, with guidance and general oversight from their Director. Location Requirement: This position is based in North Carolina, with a preference for candidates located in the Charlotte area. Job Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible knowledge and experience related to project management with a focus on QSR restaurants with high volumes; or a combination of relevant work experience, education, and/or equivalent Military experience Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, preferred Understanding site evaluation and due diligence (ie. zoning, title, and physical characteristics), as well as Construction “Best Management Practices” Experience with Budg...
