Take call 5 days a month and every 6th weekend once fully oriented. Qualifications: Education and Licensure - Performs quality ultrasound procedures by utilizing proper positioning skills and technical factors, as well as a knowledge of anatomical structures pertinent to the patient population of infants to geriatrics. - Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examinations. Uses independent judgment during the sonographic exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings. - Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images. - Educates patients of exams being performed and obtains consent to perform procedure when nece...
