Location/Department: Archdiocese of Los Angeles - Financial Services Status: Exempt, Full Time: POSTION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Finance, or the Chief Financial Officer or their designee, The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for developing and executing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities in support of the mission, values, and goals of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The Director is also responsible for managing the organization’s cash flow and liquidity. They develop strategies to optimize cash resources, ensure efficient payment processing, and manage short-term investments. The Director leads a staff of three professionals and coordinates with department heads and accounting staff in the various entities to create consolidated budget reports for senior leadership. This position is also responsible for financial accounting and reporting related to Archdiocesan High Schools.
