Job description

Key Responsibilities Game Mathematics & Product Design Own the mathematical design and validation of new and existing games across live casino, table games, game shows, slots, and gamification products. Design and document RTP, volatility, hit frequency, payout distributions, pay tables, bet limits, jackpot mechanics, bonus mechanics, and other core mathematical parameters. Develop mathematical models for game mechanics, payout structures, side bets, bonus rounds, promotional mechanics, and proprietary game variants. Conduct feasibility analysis for new game concepts, identifying mathematical risks, commercial trade-offs, and regulatory considerations before development begins. Partner with Product Owners, Game Designers, Commercial, and Engineering teams to shape game mechanics that balance player experience, operator value, compliance, and business goals. Review competitor products and market trends from a mathematical and product-performance perspective to support roadmap decisions.
