As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will contact families to ask screening questions and schedule their children for assessments with our knowledgeable and caring team. Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities: Processes referrals to determine which evaluators are best equipped to assess the needs of child’s presenting concerns, including whether additional language assessment is needed. Schedules IDA assessments through telephone screening with child’s caregiver, including verification of personal information. Provides caregivers with necessary preparation instructions (i.e. complete and/or send needed paperwork, briefly explain assessment intake process).
