They act as a liaison between lenders and operations, managing workflow to improve efficiency, handle complex loan portfolios, and resolve complex issues to optimize borrower satisfaction and turnaround times. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for staying up to date on and complying with all applicable banking laws and regulations as well as CNB policies and procedures. Provide effective leadership to the Loan Assistants in all markets including adequate training of the various tasks and functions, mentorship by assisting with complex questions, workload distribution between associates, and ensure operational coverage.
