Job description

The Project Manager (PM) will work as part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering Security System installations across a range of customer sites. In this position, you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of full or partial installation projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Success in this role requires strong initiative, autonomy, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and varying project demands. You will also supervise Installation Engineers and any appointed Contractors, ensuring full compliance with the company’s and the client’s Health & Safety and Environmental Policy requirements. Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include some or all of the following: - The Operations Manager (OM) will assign new projects to the PM. You will then take ownership of planning, scheduling, installation, and project handover. - Upon receiving a new job file, you will review the project with the OM to ensure full understanding of the contract requirements.
