Description The Planning / CIP Team Specialist is responsible for supporting planning, engineering, innovation, and continuous improvement activities within the business unit to ensure operational efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on optimizing warehouse and material flow processes, implementing Lean initiatives, and supporting operational excellence through process analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement strategies. The Planning / CIP Team Specialist collaborates with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with Schnellecke Logistics standards and customer requirements.
