Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or equivalent practical experience - 8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory with a focus on energy markets or grid infrastructure - Experience leading teams and groups of internal stakeholders Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience in climate science, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) standards and accounting - Experience leading and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives for large organizations - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling communications for cross-functional and senior leadership audiences - Proficient in analysis of large data sets and policy research to deliver insights and decisions - Highly collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to driving execution and fostering a culture of innovation About the job: A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
