Manager, Direct Mail Marketing Analytics Location: Wilmington, DE: Schedule: Hybrid: OneMain is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Direct Mail Marketing Analytics to develop data-driven investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, strategy, business growth, and communication. The Role: OneMain Financial is the nation’s leading direct mailer for sub-prime and near-prime personal loans. As such, our direct mail (“DM”) marketing program is highly analytical and requires a large amount of strategic oversight. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics to resiliently grow our Direct Mail channel. This includes DM strategy development, testing, analysis, mail selection optimization and performance reporting.
