Position Overview: Hays Electrical Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team to help manage and process payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage laws, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process weekly/biweekly payroll for 1,000+ employees, including hourly, salary, and jobsite-based staff. Review and validate timecards, ensuring all job codes, cost centers, and classifications are correct.
