The Role: Reporting to the Farm Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day harvesting and haulage operations while leading a small team in the field. This is a hands-on role combining leadership, machinery operation, planning, safety and maintenance. Key responsibilities include: - Leading daily harvest and haulage operations to meet production targets - Supervising and supporting farm operators and contractors - Operating harvesting machinery and transporting leaf to the distillery - Supporting distillation activities and production reporting - Maintaining equipment, plant and farm infrastructure - Running toolbox talks, safety meetings and ensuring OH&S compliance - Coordinating contractors, graziers and external stakeholders About You: - Background in agriculture, horticulture or forest...
