Job Description Elevator Supervisor – Oakland, IL This is an exempt, salary-level role Position Summary: As an Elevator Supervisor, you will assist in all day-to-day activities of the elevator — including loading/unloading, sampling, grading, transferring, blending, and storage of goods. You'll train and lead hourly employees in operations, safety, and facility maintenance, while initiating improvements to meet operational objectives. Maintaining a safe, sanitary workplace in compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, etc.), along with establishing and maintaining preventive maintenance, sanitation, and operation schedules, will be central to your success in this role.
