*This position works a 12 hour continental rotation & is located in Tilbury, ON.* PAY RANGE: $20.16 - $27.02 + Shift Premiums OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the primary purpose of the General Labourer, is to assist the Production Department as needed to ensure successful completion of various production processes. As a member of the RS team, this position will support an organizational culture that cares for other's well-being through best practices in health and safety, in addition to the company's values of respect, integrity, quality, teamwork and professional growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate and assist in various production processes, including filament winding, drill & cut operations, extractor crane operations, mandrel preparation, fiberglass and material handling, and module preparation. - Assist in troubleshooting equipment and ensure proper operation as per work instructions. - Inspect materials, modules, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
