We provide tailored print and mail solutions for a wide range of Fortune 500 companies in the financial, banking, insurance and billing industries across the U.S. We are looking for a full-time Mail Inserter ( Custom Insert Operator) to join our team in Lincoln, RI. This position is responsible for manually preparing custom mailing orders by folding and inserting confidential documentation into envelopes or packages by hand and operating a metering machine to apply appropriate postage to mail pieces. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable and enjoys working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Overtime is scheduled as needed. Extended hours are usually scheduled at least once a month, typically during the first 7 days of each month to complete month end processing. Additional overtime could be scheduled during the week, and could include weekends in rare circumstances.
