The Role… At Soho House the Americas Event Producer is responsible for supporting the Head of Event Production with the delivery & production of Soho House Primary Events in North America – including but not limited to Coachella Hideout, House Festival NYC, One Night Only Dinner series, Food Festival, Wellness Festival, Miami Art Week in 2026 and beyond. This role will work closely with the counterparts in the UK and Europe to ensure there’s consistent experiences for Soho House members in all regions, whilst ensuring they are culturally relevant to the Regions. At times, this role may support on projects in these other regions as and when required by the business. Main Duties…: - Event Production Support – responsible for all supplier contracting & invoicing, supplier H&S, supplier liaison for advancing and onsite logistics, accommodation management - members, staffing, partnerships, project admin (event specific email inbox management, decks, partnerships deliverables), app event listing admin (updating, copy, subbing, guestlists, table plans), creative collateral timings and print deadlines, member goodie bag management (sourcing and packing onsite at events), deliveries direct...
