GFL Environmental is looking for a high-level Lead Diesel & CNG Technician (A-Tech) to join our team in Wilson, NC. As an A-Tech, you will serve as a technical expert and mentor, ensuring our fleet of Diesel and CNG vehicles is maintained to the highest safety and operational standards. Lead inspections of brake systems, engine components, emission systems, and steering mechanisms. Provide guidance and mentorship to Level B and C mechanics. Prioritize repairs to maximize fleet efficiency and timely completion of work orders. Oversee mechanical write-ups and coordinate repair schedules. Perform DOT and brake inspections on all vehicles.
