Job Title: District Manager – Quick Service Restaurants (LA COUNTY) Location: LA COUNTY, CA (Required): About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee a group of Carl’s Jr. restaurants within the Valley Area. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this executive-level position plays a key role in growing sales, profitability, guest experience, and team capability across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on leadership approach, and a track record of operational excellence within the quick service or fast-casual restaurant industry. Minimum Qualifications: · 3–5 years’ experience as a QSR Manager or Multi-Unit Manager in food service. · Candidates must reside in the Los Angeles County . · High school diploma required; college degree preferred. · Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
