The Special Interest STEM Instructor develops and facilitates engaging, hands-on STEM programs for youth, teens, and families at the Champaign Park District’s Innovation Center. Programming may include 3D printing, LEGO and Roblox Clubs, and other interactive experiences designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving. Summary of Responsibilities: Develop and facilitate interactive STEM programs for youth, teens, and families Plan and lead hands-on activities such as 3D printing projects, LEGO challenges, Roblox Club sessions, Create age-appropriate program content that encourages creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving Utilize equipment and technology within the Innovation Center, including 3D printers and related tools Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff...
