Job Summary: Genesis Manufacturing & Distribution is an industry leader in the manufacturing of plastic components used in medical research, clinical diagnostic and biotech environments. We are looking for a Receiving Coordinator to perform various responsibilities including but not limited to providing essential Shipping, Receiving and distribution services for Genesis Manufacturing & Distribution. To provide support in receiving goods off shipments from multiple vendors. Essential Functions: - Help process and supervise all incoming and some outgoing Express/Ground & Freight shipments. Have knowledge of Fedex and UPS shipping software. - Process all incoming deliveries for GMD utilizing company-supplied software applications; work with Purchasing and Accounting personnel to resolve conflicts. - Organize distribution of all incoming deliveries to stocking locations in a timely manner. - Assist with assembly and package supplies for clients when necessary. - Ensure accuracy in shipments when processing rec...
