Newport News, Virginia Full Time Opportunity: Responsible for the Integration processes to provide facilitation, coordination/management of patient access to services provided by RHS. Focuses on standardized procedures to coordinate services for the Health Communications Department: Riverside Nurse, Transfer Center and the functions performed in these areas and coordination and development of workflows, protocols, processes for software systems and subsequent education, quality monitors and all activities, initiatives within. Focuses on process improvement to include implementing protocols and processes. Provides leadership, mentorship and coaching with focus on quality and ensuring scheduling needs are met with competent staff with 24/7 Call Center operations and works as staff nurse as needed. Provides data analysis and productivity reports utilized for ongoing opportunities for additional staff education/training and annual evaluations and department staffing.
