We have 9 team members – a multidisciplinary team with UX designers, service designers and content and research support. There’s a great team spirit, good collaboration across and everyone looks out for each other. We are bringing the customer experience strategy to life across 4 countries. What you’ll be doing: Daily, you will be working on the end-to-end automation components and user flows to drive customer experience from concept to development, while working side-by-side with our designers, developers and business stakeholders.
