Your primary role will involve safely and accurately mixing, spraying, and applying chemicals in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines. This position requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to environmental stewardship. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other plant treatments to nursery inventory, following prescribed application rates and schedules. Use specialized equipment such as sprayers, backpack sprayers, and hand-held applicators to ensure uniform coverage and effective treatment.
