Job Family: Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Secret What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking an Industrial Engineering Lead who will lead the delivery of modeling and simulation solutions, recommendations for continuous improvement and operational excellence, and an implementation plan to close process gaps for various manufacturing processes. You will work closely with clients, project managers, engineers, data scientists, and other developers to deliver tools and strategies for optimizing industrial processes. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes at the value stream level, process constraints and strategies to mitigate, and optimization technologies for addressing those constraints, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
