In this role, you will support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transactional processes, productivity and efficiency across the organization. You will lead process improvement projects, facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions, and help translate business needs into practical improvement and automation opportunities in a global environment. We are looking for someone who combines continuous improvement expertise with strong communication skills, is comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels , and can gather requirements, challenge existing ways of working, and help identify the right solutions for process and automation opportunities.
