About the Role: We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst who pairs sharp business thinking with deep, hands-on data skills — someone who does not just build dashboards but actively shapes how the company measures success. You will partner with Trading, Sales, Marketing, Product and Risk to turn complex questions into clean metrics, dashboards and decisions. This is a high-visibility individual-contributor role with a clear progression path. You will work directly with C-level sponsors on the company's North Star and KPI tree, and there is meaningful room to grow into BI Lead and ultimately Head of BI as the function scales with the business.
