Description Mental Health Connecticut (MHC) is a statewide not for profit provider agency that partners with individuals, their families, and the surrounding communities to create environments that support long-term health and wellness. MHC has two full-time openings (Tuesday - Saturday or Friday - Monday; 12:00 am - 8:00 am) for a Residential Specialist I within the Torrington area. This position is in our program that serves a capacity of four women with a history of trauma and multiple long-term psychiatric hospitalizations. The Sanctuary Model is utilized when providing services in this program. This position will be responsible to document and deliver services to persons in recovery in the activities outlined in their Individual Recovery Plans. Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour. MHC is currently paying a shift differential of $1.00 per hour worked between 12:00 am - 8:00 am in addition to the hourly pay rate.
