Overview: CCR is seeking a Director, Grid Integration to be one of the company’s top technical authorities on generation, storage, and large load interconnection. This role sits at the intersection of engineering rigor and commercial strategy — you'll translate complex power system behavior into clear, actionable guidance that shapes how CCR sites projects, manages interconnection risk, and wins in competitive ISO/RTO markets. This is a high-impact individual contributor and cross-functional leadership role reporting to the VP of Grid Integration.
