Job Details Support Services| Miamisburg | Full Time | Days Responsibilities & Requirements: Job Responsibilities: - Aid in the development and implementation of project management standards and disciplines for all projects and programs. - Identify and implement process improvements within the department in collaboration with leadership. - Able to function as a Business Relationship Manager and/or Senior Project Manager for key organizational initiatives and strategies. - Ability to manage multiple enterprise-wide initiatives across functional departments, service lines, or campuses at any given time without any degradation in the quality of work performed. - Ability to identify and resolve change management and integration issues between projects and affected departments. Support the resolution of issues as needed. - Ability to effectively manage training offerings and certification programs. - Ensure that project management principles are consistently applied across all projects following organizational project management standards. - Seek out opportunities for improvement within customer departments, projects, and processes.
