Job Description: The Sr. Business Systems Analyst is responsible for eliciting and defining business requirements and translating those requirements into specifications for implementation by the project team. While the work is managed in an agile fashion, functional specifications, end user training and launch communications are created as part of the project lifecycle. In addition to typical BSA responsibilities, some project management would also be involved.
