LOCATION: SUHRCO - College Pointe (Lacey, WA) Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things and a passion for keeping everything running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the quality and comfort of our apartment communities. You’ll play a critical role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents—all while working with a team that values hard work and good laughs. What You’ll Be Doing: - Responding to maintenance requests – plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc. - Troubleshooting like a detective with a toolbelt - Prepping units for new residents (we call it "turning them into showstoppers") - Maintaining property grounds, ensuring safety and curb appeal - Assisting in on-call rotations (we share the load like champs) - Working closely with the on-site manager and property management team What You Bring: - 1+ year of experience in general maintenance or a similar field - Skills in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance repair - Strong problem-solving ability and a knack for prioritizing tasks - Excellent communication and teamwork sk...
