Job Req ID: 28301 About Supermicro: Supermicro has an exciting opportunity for an Sr. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The role of the EHS Manager is to assist the Company with its mission to operate a loss-free, and continuously improving work environment, by instituting Health & Safety policies, Health & Safety training and awareness programs, and Health & Safety consultation, while developing program metrics and supporting investigations. This position will be based on our headquarters located in San Jose, CA, and lead Health & Safety efforts in all sites globally. Job Summary: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): - Assure that Supermicro has the appropriate Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures in place in line with risk exposures and regulatory requirements. - Build company culture and norms that values health, safety and compliance, and effectively communicate expectations to staff.
