This position reports to the Associate Director of Enrollment Systems - Application Support, and is responsible for supporting the strategic configuration, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Slate CRM platform in support of enrollment management operations. The primary function of the Enrollment Systems Department is to advance the university’s mission by integrating deep expertise in business processes and policies with a comprehensive understanding of institutional information technology capabilities and systems to design solutions that enhance operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness, student success, and the student experience.
