Job Description: Clinical Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for inpatients; swing-bed, and acute care populations. Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans. Provide medical nutrition therapy for acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, malnutrition).
